In Cebu, not only do you have the scenic beauty of the islands, the karaoke, the waterfalls, and the wonderful people but you also have one pop culture's most recent treasures: the CPDRC prisoners. Knowing their pop culture status, we assumed many tourists were patrons to their performances but Nay! About 90% Filipino viewers grace the prison ward every last Saturday of every month. Judging from how many lyrics they know to the songs, I'd say they've all been a few times. Enjoy the shots below:
